The Fini Dance Conservatory is an advanced professional training program for dancers 18 years and older, structured as an undergraduate track. With locations in America and Italy, it offers comprehensive preparation for a career in dance.

The program consists of two intensive years of study and a third year of apprenticeship with prestigious companies such as the National Ballet of Kosovo, Michael Mao Dance and Abarukas Dance.

Students will have the opportunity to perform in Italy, America, Albania and Bulgaria, developing international stage experience.

The training will be led by internationally renowned masters, including American teachers from the most renowned dance companies and schools.

In addition to technical and artistic training in the major dance disciplines, the curriculum includes dance history, anatomy, music, social media management, PR, and the possibility of certification in Pilates.

The Fini Dance Conservatory is the ideal starting point for young dancers who want to turn their passion into a professional career, with a comprehensive approach that combines art, performance and preparation for the world of work.

Three-Year Program – Fini Dance Conservatory

Italian Headquarters Via Giuseppe Palermo 11, 87076 Villapiana Lido. Italy

The Fini Dance Conservatory offers a high-level three-year training program designed to prepare dancers for an international career. The program combines the European academic tradition with the innovation and versatility of the American scene, through a faculty composed of Italian and American teachers from prestigious dance companies, schools and universities.

First Year

The first year focuses on developing technique and artistic awareness. Students will work on:
– Ballet dance: academic technique, posture, barre and center work.
– Modern dance: Horton, Graham, Limón and other fundamental techniques.
– Choreographic composition: exploration of movement and individual creativity.
– Hip hop: study of fundamental styles and approach to hip hop culture.
– Aerial dance: use of fabric and hoop to develop strength, fluidity and control.
– Acrobatics: strengthening physical skills to improve dynamism and stage confidence.

Second Year

The second year deepens technical study and introduces elements of performance and repertoire. Students will have:
– In-depth technical study with a greater focus on stylistic versatility.
– Classical and contemporary repertoire, with the opportunity to work on original choreography by guest masters.
– Collaborations with faculty from international companies and American universities in exchange programs.
– Performance experience in professional settings, both in Italy and the United States.

Third Year – Apprenticeship in International Companies.

The third year is dedicated to direct professional experience. Students will be placed in dance companies in Europe or America for a period of apprenticeship, which may last:
– Quarterly
– Semi-monthly
– Annual

This path allows dancers to confront the world of work, refine their technique in a professional setting and build a network of contacts essential for their artistic future.

An International Conservatory

The Fini Dance Conservatory welcomes Italian and American students, fostering a multicultural environment through exchange and study programs with partner institutions. The opportunity to study with internationally renowned faculty and participate in educational experiences in the United States and Europe makes this conservatory a benchmark for those who wish to pursue a career in dance globally.

For a total of 7 hours of work per day. During the week there will be lessons on the beach, aperitif shows where you can get involved and lots of fun.

The fourth week from 25 to 29 July will be dedicated to the MODERN JAZZ style with Danielle Fusco, former dancer for the Compagnia di Dzul dance and LUIGI technique teacher; it will also be dedicated to the LIMON technique with Andrea Palombi, director of the Rome International Dance Academy.
Every day we will study: Fini Code (Antonio Fini’s method for dance preparation), Modern Repertoire and choreographic workshop with Nicola Iervasi and Kevin Albert of Mare Nostrum Elements! For a total of 7 hours of work per day. During the week there will be lessons on the beach, aperitif shows where you can get involved and lots of fun. Every day we will study: Fini Code (Antonio Fini’s method for dance preparation), Ballet with Michael Mao, modern repertoire and this week AERIAL DANCE! For a total of 7 hours of work per day. During the week there will be lessons on the beach, aperitif shows where you can get involved and lots of fun.

The second week, from July 12th to 16th, will be dedicated to the HORTON style with Maria Carla Spagna, dancer and teacher for different New York companies. Spagna is also Teacher assistant for the Alvin Ailey Junior division.
