How it works
Please fill the form for each participant in the event, indicating place and date of birth, residential address and identity document details, the dance school they attend, the address email and telephone number, the indication of a possible contact person (especially in the case of minor participants) and their contact details, the purchase order number of the event (you can find it in the order confirmation email you received after purchasing the internship on the finidanceprogram.com website, ex: [Order #0000], at the top of the email ) or your payment method or full scholarship.
Please fill in the required fields accurately and truthfully, they are necessary for the processing of your registration.
