La FINI PRODUCTION LLC, based at 371 Edgecombe Ave apt 4D – 10031 New York, NY – tax id 47-5640898, with the aim of sharing knowledge, experiences, and useful advice to pursue a professional career in the world of dance between Italy and New York, intends to reward participants who correctly identify at least three films whose clips are shown in each of the 10 episodes of the podcast “Destination Broadway” (published weekly), and who will create a choreography inspired by at least one of the identified films.

PERIOD: From September 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025

ELIGIBILITY: Minimum age 16. Minors must be authorized by at least one parent or legal guardian in order to take part in the initiative.

PRIZES:

  1. one round-trip flight ticket to New York + a 50% scholarship for the International Summer School Fini Dance New York + a VIP Ticket to attend the Italian International Dance Award 2026 and the Award Reception Party for the participant who creates the best choreography inspired by at least one of the films shown in the podcast episodes and submits the complete correct list;
  2. an exclusive online masterclass with Antonio Fini for all other participants who submit the complete correct list;
  3. 50% scholarships for the International Summer School Fini Dance New York for selected choreographies deemed deserving among those submitted.

CONTEST SUBJECT

This contest rewards participants who correctly identify at least three films in each of the 10 episodes of the podcast Destination Broadway, published weekly starting September 1, 2025, and who submit a modern/contemporary dance choreography lasting no more than one minute (60 seconds), inspired by at least one of the films shown in the podcast episodes.

  • The participant who submits the best choreography and the complete correct film list will win a round-trip ticket to New York City to attend the International Summer School in New York from August 24 to September 3, 2026, attend the Italian International Dance Award 2026, and participate in the Award Reception Party.
  • All other participants who submit the complete correct list will win an exclusive online masterclass with Antonio Fini. The link and date will be sent by email later.
  • At the discretion of the organization, scholarships for the International Summer School Fini Dance New York may be awarded to dancers who submit notable choreographies.

PARTICIPATION RULES

To participate:

  1. Watch the 10 episodes of the podcast Destination Broadway, avaiable on SPOTIFY and YOUTUBE.
  2. Identify at least three films whose clips are shown in each of the 10 podcast episodes.
  3. Send the complete correct list via email to info@finidance.nyc and the link to the video of the modern/contemporary dance choreography.
    • Email subject: “Contest Podcast DESTINATION BROADWAY – Film List and Video”
    • Include in the text: Name, Surname, Age (date of birth)
    • Include parental authorization for minors

Deadline for submission: November 30, 2025

Only one submission per person is allowed.

The date and time of receipt of the email will be taken into account.

CHOREOGRAPHY SELECTION

Each choreography must meet the following conditions:

  1. It must be performed in modern/contemporary style;
  2. It must last no more than 60 seconds (one minute);
  3. It must be uploaded on an external platform (YouTube, Vimeo, Drive, etc.) and sent via link to info@finidance.nyc.
    SENDING THE VIDEO AS AN EMAIL ATTACHMENT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED, under penalty of DISQUALIFICATION from the contest;
  4. It must be accompanied by the list of films featured in the Podcast.

Each choreography meeting the above criteria will be reviewed by FINI PRODUCTION LLC and TOPCAST PRODUCTIONS, and the best one will be selected at the sole discretion of the organization.

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

– Winners will be contacted via the email address used for participation.

– Details regarding the masterclass will be sent starting from December 2025.

MAIN PRIZE CONDITIONS

The main prize consists of a round-trip flight from Milan to New York, a VIP Ticket for the event, and access to the International Summer School FINI DANCE New York, valid for one dancer, from August 23 to September 3, 2026, during the FINI DANCE FESTIVAL.

The flight ticket is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and the dates cannot be modified or postponed.

Meals, accommodation, airport transfers, local transportation, and any other personal expenses are entirely the responsibility of the winner.

The winner may opt for an optional flight + accommodation package offered by FINI PRODUCTION.

The winner may be accompanied by other persons, who must fully cover their own expenses for travel, event, and party.

Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, who is fully responsible for their own expenses.

The winner is responsible for all documentation required for entry into the United States, including passport, visa (if required), and any authorizations. The organization is not responsible for any inability to use the prize due to personal or documentation issues.

Winners will be notified via email after verification of all requirements.

The designated departure/arrival airport is Milan; however, the production reserves the right to change dates and airport with prior notice.

The prize will be awarded no later than 12/31/2026.

DATA PROTECTION NOTICE:

FINI PRODUCTION LLC, based at 371 Edgecombe Ave apt 4D – 10031 New York, NY – tax id 47-5640898 (hereafter Fini Production), as Data Controller, informs pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (“Privacy Code”) that the personal identification and contact details of participants in the contest “DESTINATION BROADWAY” will be processed — both digitally and on paper — using methods designed to ensure security, protection, and confidentiality through the adoption of appropriate technical, physical, and organizational security measures, in order to allow participation in the initiative and allocation of the prize. Data processing for purposes related to participation takes place on a contractual basis under Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b) GDPR. Personal data will be stored in compliance with applicable regulations. Pursuant to Article 15, paragraph 1 GDPR, the data subject has the right to: (a) obtain confirmation from Fini Production of the existence of personal data concerning them and be informed about its content and source, verify its accuracy, and request integration, update, or modification; (b) obtain erasure or anonymization of personal data without undue delay or the blocking of data processed unlawfully; (c) object in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to processing; (d) request restriction of processing where: (i) the accuracy of the data is contested, for the period necessary for Fini Production to verify their accuracy; (ii) the processing is unlawful and erasure is opposed, requesting restriction instead; (iii) although Fini Production no longer needs the data for processing, the personal data are required for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims; (e) where legally applicable, receive a copy of their personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format; (f) lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (particularly, in the EU Member State of their habitual residence or where the alleged violation occurred).
