American Dance Expo Regulation
Art.1 Registration Method. – the courses are organized by FINI Production LLC and Capogiro Dance & Theatre
Each member is required to:
- send via email/whatsapp the payment receipts of the registration fee, if made by bank transfer;
- fill out the registration form on the page http://finidance.nyc/iscriviti/ indicating the requested data accurately and truthfully;
Art.2 – The chosen course must be purchased through the online store at www.finidanceprogram.com/shop/ and paid before the start of the courses. Receipts of payment by bank transfer must be attached to the paper documentation to be presented at the start of the courses for registration of attendance. Each participant is responsible for the authenticity of the documentation provided. Should the organizers ascertain its untruthfulness or incompleteness, the participant will be excluded from the school without a refund of registration. Registration fees for courses/events are not refundable. In the event of non-participation or cancellation of the event, the amount already paid for the course fee can be used within one year for subsequent events, to supplement or settle the subsequent event chosen, until the relative quota is reached.
Art.3 – Participants’ travel and accommodation expenses are entirely their responsibility. The organization will provide a list of affiliated hotels and accommodations.
Art.4. – Access to the event is subject to the purchase of a daily entrance ticket (equal to €40.00) or a cumulative ticket for the three days (equal to €100.00). Scholarships are applied exclusively to lessons.
Art. 5 – There is a dress code to be respected for each lesson: for women, light-colored leotard, flesh-colored tights for classical dance, dark/black leotard and tights for modern or leotard. For men, gray academic, white or flesh-colored top, tights and shoes for classical, dark/black leotard or academic for modern. Sneakers with clean soles to be used only in the room for those attending hip hop lessons.

Art. 6 – The photographic and video material produced by Fini Production LLC and its collaborators will be the exclusive property of the organization: The participant (or parent), by registering for the courses and sending the registration form, authorizes the organization to film, photograph, record the image, voice, conversation and any other artistic or amateur performance provided by the participant in the course. The organization will therefore be the legitimate owner of all rights of use and in any case of any other right on the same with the right to use, reproduce and fix with any procedure and transmit or distribute the recordings and photographs, in whole or in part, with any means and system of diffusion, in order to promote the courses, all this without any compensation in favor of the participant.
6.1 By adhering to this regulation, the participant authorizes the organizational office to collect their personal data pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and GDPR 2016/679. The personal data requested will be processed with or without the aid of IT tools, stored according to the prescribed security standards and used for the courses and related activities by the organization, to which you can contact for any request concerning your data. Art. 7 – All participants who intend to publish their photos and/or footage taken during Fini Dance New York events on social media are required to use the following hashtags and quotes: @finidancenewyork @antoniofininyc #finidancechangeyourdestiny #finidancenewyork #antoniofini .
Art.8 – As contemplated in this regulation, all decisions are up to the organizers. By ticking the acceptance box to this Regulation, the participant accepts it in all its parts and releases the organizers from any civil and criminal liability for damages of any kind to people or things that may occur during the course phases, whether suffered or caused by the participants in the courses. 8.1 Outside the event locations and lesson times, the organization does not assume any responsibility for the supervision/tutoring of minors, who must always be accompanied by an adult.
Art.9 – The organization reserves the right to make changes to this regulation in order to optimize the success of the lessons, undertaking not to cause inconvenience to the participants and to notify them in good time of any such changes.
