Premised that for FINI DANCE events the following Entities are involved for the management of events, stages and related activities:

ASS.ARTISTICO CULTURALE I.F.C.A., with registered office at Largo Giuseppe Gesualdi 6, 87012 Castrovillari (CS)
ASTAR MEDIA COMPANY LLC, with registered office at 1370 Washington Ave Suite 203, Miami Beach, FL 33139 Miami

With this document, I authorize the above-mentioned Entities
Free of charge and without time limits, also pursuant to Articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Law 22.4.1941, no. 633 - Copyright Law:

• - to use the personal data contained in this release, as well as the voice, images and video recordings made on the occasion and in connection with the FINI DANCE event, in live and recorded broadcast, in Italy and abroad, in any form and manner (e.g. television, cinematographic, photographic means, etc.);


• - to reproduce, adapt, publish, distribute, disseminate and communicate to the public the image of the undersigned or of the minor over whom parental authority is exercised, as well as their sports performances and opinions expressed in the video recordings in question, without limitations or restrictions, by inserting them into publications of any kind (newspapers, prints, brochures, etc.), television, telematic and/or internet and web channels and sites;


• - to use the voice, images and video recordings also for promotional and/or advertising purposes on the occasion of contests, exhibitions, sports events, as well as within publications of any kind;


• - to make any adaptations or reductions of the video recording times;


• - to record and edit, even partially, on any medium and on any support, the participation in the sports events of the undersigned or of the minor over whom parental authority is exercised, including sports performances, single or group, recorded in images or video with or without audio;


• - to reproduce and duplicate temporarily or permanently, even partially, in any manner or form, the voice, images and video recordings indicated above.

I DECLARE on my own behalf or on behalf of the minor over whom I exercise parental authority:

• - to assume full and exclusive responsibility for the opinions expressed and data provided during photo/audio/video recordings and, therefore, to guarantee and indemnify the above-mentioned Entities from any claim possibly made by third parties as a result of the recorded or reproduced sports events;


• - to be aware that the images and recordings will not be reproduced, used or published for purposes other than those indicated in this document or, in any case, in contexts that prejudice the personal dignity or decorum of the subject concerned;


• - to be aware that, by virtue of the described dissemination of images and recordings, the above-mentioned Entities assume no responsibility for cases in which they are used by third parties for different purposes, except for the sole cases in which such conduct is directly attributable to the above-mentioned Entities;


• - not to claim anything and, consequently, to expressly waive any right, action or claim arising from what is authorized, also in relation to what is provided for in matters of copyright or other related right;


• - to be aware that the rights of utilization and commercial exploitation of the images and recordings belong exclusively and without any limitation to the above-mentioned Entities for the realization of the FINI DANCE event and, for it, to its assignees in any capacity;


• - to undertake not to introduce within the images and recordings any element having, directly or indirectly, advertising nature or purpose;


• - to assume responsibility for any statements made on the occasion of video recordings, including those relating to personal data of oneself or third parties;


• - to undertake to comply with the instructions provided by the Extraordinary Commissioner for the realization of the FINI DANCE event and by the related partners for the correct acquisition of images and the optimal execution of audio and video recordings;


• - to acknowledge that this release is issued free of charge, with express waiver of any consideration deriving from the utilization of the authorized images and recordings;


• - to have fully understood the content of this release and to sign it in full and exact awareness of all the provisions contained therein.

The publication/dissemination of the images/performances transmitted within the scope of the production in question may take place:

• - broadcast - in full version and/or by means of adaptations and/or reductions - on television (including free tv, pay tv, pay per view, video on demand, interactive tv, thematic channels etc.), and in any other venue, form, manner (art.12-19 and art.80-85 bis L. 633/1941), by any technical means and/or transmission technology, by way of example: over the air, cable, satellite of any kind and type, mmds, digital, internet, fixed and mobile telephony, (also via blog, twitter, facebook, web, instagram, etc.) etc., in any format, on any support, through any distribution channel, technically conceivable today and/or in the future, including commercial, editorial, audiovisual and discographic exploitation and with every most extensive right of processing and reproduction even multimedia, without time, space and passage limits. This includes the right of transmission in video on demand mode in all its declinations (VOD, for example SVOD, TVOD, AVOD) on the official sites of the platforms and in streaming mode and for online and offline multimedia uses;


• - on the internet sites and social channels pertaining to the above-mentioned Entities;


• - on printed paper and/or on any other means of dissemination/publication even atypical.

I confirm that I have no claim whatsoever in reason of the above and irrevocably waive any right, action or claim arising from what is authorized above.

INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the personal data processed, including image and voice, is strictly necessary to give effect to this release, to use (by acquisition, reproduction, adaptation, publication, distribution, communication and dissemination), the voice, images and video recordings made on the occasion and in connection with the FINI DANCE event, also for historical, educational and advertising purposes. In case of failure, partial or inaccurate provision of data, or in case of failure to grant consent, it will be impossible to proceed with this release and pursue the indicated purposes.
