Fini Dance Intensive Regulation
Art. 1. Registration methods. – the courses are organized by FINI Production LLC.
Each Participant is required to:
- Send the registration fee payment receipts via email or WhatsApp;
- Fill out the specific registration form, providing accurate and truthful information;
- For courses in ITALY, it is necessary to send copies of the following documents to asd.altojoniodance@gmail.com (EXCLUSIVELY VIA WETRANSFER OR A SIMILAR SERVICE):
– an identity document (passport for non-EU citizens);
– a valid certificate of good physical health or a medical certificate for competitive activities.
For courses in NEW YORK, no paper documentation is required; however, it is recommended to have the medical certificate available on your mobile device.
Art. 2. – The registration fee for the selected course must be paid in full before the start of classes. Payment receipts for bank transfers must be attached to the paper documentation to be presented at the beginning of the courses for attendance registration (for courses held in Italy). Each participant is responsible for the authenticity of the documentation provided. Should the organizers find the documents to be false or incomplete, the participant will be excluded from the program without any refund of the registration fee. Registration fees for courses/events are non-refundable. In case of non-attendance or event cancellation, the amount already paid may be used within one year to register for future events, either as a full or partial payment, up to the equivalent amount.
Art. 3. – Travel and accommodation expenses are entirely the responsibility of the participants. The organization will provide a list of recommended hotels and accommodations to choose from. For those enrolled in the courses in Italy, booking at one of the affiliated accommodations is mandatory; otherwise, registrations will not be accepted or may be canceled. Accommodation fees must be paid in full before the start of the courses. All payments are non-refundable for any reason.
Art. 4. – Students are required to attend all courses. There are no optional lessons.
4.1. There is a dress code to be respected for each class: for women, light-colored leotard, flesh-colored tights and ballet slippers for ballet; leotard and dark/black tights for modern or leotard. For men, academic black or gray. Sneakers with clean soles to be used only in the studio for those attending hip hop classes.
Art. 5. – The internship has an intensive and professional nature: no supervision or tutoring service is provided for minors. The organization does not assume any responsibility outside the event locations and times of lessons and training activities.
5.1. All students are required to be extremely serious in managing the experience and respecting decorum during the internship. Any inappropriate behavior or behavior that may damage the image of Fini Dance in any way will result in immediate expulsion from the training program.
5.2. Participating students are added to a WhatsApp group for logistics (no chatting) and updates on activities and the program. The WhatsApp group is intended for those enrolled in the workshop: parents/teachers who wish to be added may contact the organization, which will be happy to include the contacts provided.
Art. 6. – All photographic and video material produced by Fini Production LLC and its collaborators shall be the exclusive property of the organization. By registering for the courses and submitting the enrollment form, the participant (or parent/guardian, in the case of a minor) authorizes the organization to film, photograph, and record their image, voice, conversation, and any artistic or amateur performance rendered during the course or event. The organization shall therefore be the rightful owner of all usage rights and any other rights related to the material, with the authority to use, reproduce, fix by any means, transmit, or distribute said recordings and photographs, in whole or in part, through any medium or broadcasting system. This includes, but is not limited to, the creation of video content to be broadcast on television, websites, social media, or other platforms. Such use shall be free of charge, and no compensation will be owed to the participants, even in the event of partial use, editing, adaptation, or broadcasting of footage in which they appear.
6.1. By adhering to this regulation, the participant authorizes the organizational office to freely use his/her image and to collect his/her personal data pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and GDPR 2016/679. The personal data requested will be processed with or without the aid of IT tools, stored according to the prescribed security standards and used for the courses and related activities by the organization, to which you can contact for any request concerning your data. 6.2. All participants who intend to publish their photos and/or footage taken during Fini Dance New York events on social media are required to use the following hashtags and quotes: @finidancenewyork @antoniofininyc #finidancechangeyourdestiny #finidancenewyork #antoniofini
Art. 7. – As contemplated in this regulation, all decisions are up to the organizers. By checking the box accepting this Regulation, the The participant accepts it in its entirety and releases the organizers from any civil and criminal liability for damages of any kind to people or things that may occur during the course phases, whether suffered or caused by people participating in the courses.
Art. 8. – The organization reserves the right to make changes to this regulation in order to optimize the success of the lessons, committing not to cause inconvenience to participants and to notify them in good time of any such changes.
