Junior Company

FINI DANCE JUNIOR COMPANY was founded in 2025. Its goal is to give the most talented dancers of the FINI DANCE Summer Intensive a path beyond training, bringing them into real contact with the professional dance world.

Year after year, the company has grown alongside its young dancers. In the latest edition, Junior Company members took centre stage in the FINI DANCE FESTIVAL performances, working closely with international choreographers, teachers and artists.

In 2027, the project takes an important new step. Eight young dancers will return as full members of FINI DANCE JUNIOR COMPANY and will be paid for their artistic work.

This choice reflects the company’s true mission: to build a bridge between training and a professional career. It offers young dancers more than experience, stage time and artistic growth. It gives them a real chance to start seeing dance as a job.
