The activities are organized by FINI Production LLC in collaboration with ASTAR MEDIA COMPANY LLC, and with I.F.C.A. – International Federation for Cultures and Arts. The classes are organized and managed by Broadway Dance Center.

Art. 1. Registration methods. – Each Participant is required to:

  1. Send the registration fee payment receipts via email or WhatsApp;
  2. Fill out the specific registration form, providing accurate and truthful information.

Art. 2. – The registration fee for the selected course must be paid in full before the start of classes. Each participant is responsible for the authenticity of the documentation provided. Should the organizers find the documents to be false or incomplete, the participant will be excluded from the program without any refund of the registration fee. Registration fees for courses/events are non-refundable. In case of non-attendance or event cancellation, the amount already paid may be used within one year to register for future events, either as a full or partial payment, up to the equivalent amount.

Art. 3. – Travel and accommodation expenses are entirely the responsibility of the participants. The organization will provide a list of hotels and lodging options upon request.

Art. 4. – Students are required to participate in all activities scheduled in the FINI DANCE program. Each student will receive a class pass to be used for booking classes at the Broadway Dance Center, taking into account the FINI DANCE activities. Classes at Broadway Dance Center are selected and booked independently by the dancer, who agrees to comply with the center’s booking, cancellation, and attendance policies, available on their website. To book classes, students must create their own account on the BDC platform (privacy policy), which will be linked to the FINI DANCE group. Additional classes beyond those included in the FINI DANCE pass may be booked upon request to FINI DANCE and must be paid for separately.
Masterclass
Intermediate–advanced level classes at the Broadway Dance Center (BDC) and other venues designated from time to time by the Fini Dance Organization.
Each dancer has a total of 10 classes available to book at BDC during their stay in New York.
Classes can be freely chosen from the various styles offered by BDC, based on the available schedule and taking into account the activities and rehearsals of the FINI DANCE program.
Booking will be possible starting 48 hours before the selected class, after each dancer has registered on the BDC portal and their account has been linked to Fini Dance by the BDC system. BDC technicians may add a suffix to each participant’s account name, which must NOT be removed, in order to avoid being disconnected from the group. Instructions for registration/account linking to Fini Dance and the activity schedule will be shared in the logistics WhatsApp group.
IMPORTANT: Classes that are booked but not attended will still be counted toward the total.
Any cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time; otherwise, the class will be considered as used.
Policies and instructions for account creation and class booking are available on the website: http://broadwaydancecenter.com/about/new-students
It is possible to request extra classes at a discounted rate of $25 per class, reserved exclusively for Fini Dance students. Requests for additional classes must be communicated to and approved by Fini Dance before booking, in order to avoid the unintentional use of another participant’s credit. If extra classes are booked without prior notice, the corresponding cost must be reimbursed to Fini Dance.
The full schedule of activities and the locations of Fini Dance classes will be communicated in the days leading up to the event via the WhatsApp group, in order to ensure the best organization and learning experience for all participants.

Art. 5 – The workshop has an intensive and professional nature: no supervision or tutoring service is provided for minors.
Each participant, including minors, will reach the event venue and leave it for their return under their own responsibility. The organization assumes no responsibility outside the event venues and the hours of the lessons and training activities.
A minor wishing to leave the premises during the activities must inform the organizers in advance, assuming full responsibility and releasing Fini Production LLC and all those collaborating in the event from any related liability.
By filling out and submitting this form, the parent/guardian authorizes the minor to participate in the workshop, accepts these regulations by declaring to have read them, and authorizes Fini Production LLC and all others involved in the organization of the event to allow the child to leave the activity premises independently at the end of the training sessions, without the presence of accompanying adults.
The parent authorizes the minor to return independently, including by means of public or private transportation (e.g., bicycle), releasing the organization and its collaborators from any responsibility following the minor’s departure from the activity venues. By declaring awareness of the days, times, and places of the activities, the parent confirms that the minor has reached a sufficient level of maturity for independent return, that they know the route home, and have received clear instructions in this regard, pursuant to Art. 19-bis of Law No. 172 of December 4, 2017. From the end of the activities onward, the responsibility for supervision of the minor falls entirely to those exercising parental authority.
5.1. All students are required to show maximum seriousness in the management of the experience and to maintain appropriate conduct throughout the workshop. Any inappropriate behavior or actions that could in any way damage the image of Fini Production LLC will result in immediate expulsion from the training program.
5.2. Participating students will be included in a WhatsApp logistics group (no chat) for activity and program updates. The WhatsApp group is intended for workshop participants; parents who wish to be added to the group may contact the organization, which will be happy to include the indicated contacts.

Art. 6 – By ticking the acceptance box for these regulations, the participant or the parent/guardian of a minor accepts them in full and releases the organizers from all civil and criminal liability for damages of any kind to persons or property that may occur during the activities, whether suffered or caused by course participants.
The dancer, or the parent/guardian on behalf of the minor, releases and exempts Fini Production LLC, AJD, and all others involved in the organization of the event from any and all liability with regard to the person and/or belongings of the dancer, including in the event of theft, undertaking to personally compensate for any damage caused to others as a result of the dancer’s conduct, acknowledging that this waiver includes any claim or request for compensation.

Art. 7 – The participant (or the parent/legal guardian in the case of a minor), by submitting the registration form for courses, events, or activities organized by FINI Production LLC and its partners, hereby grants free and perpetual authorization, pursuant also to Articles 10 and 320 of the Italian Civil Code and Articles 96 and 97 of Law No. 633 of April 22, 1941 (Copyright Law), for the following:
