1. Participation and Registration
• The competition is open to dance groups from schools and academies.
• Each school can present one or more groups; each group must register separately.
• A maximum of 24 participating groups is allowed. Registrations will be closed once this number is reached.
• The registration fee is 150 euros for each group.
• Groups must be composed of at least 3 members.
• For groups with more than 10 members, there is an additional cost of 20 euros for each extra dancer.
Applications close Jan. 9; choreography track must be submitted by Feb. 5.
2. Composition of Groups and Choreography
• The minimum age for participants is 13 years old.
• Each group must present only one piece of music that they will use for the entire duration of the competition.
• Groups can adapt and modify the choreography to the same music in each round, adding details or varying the interpretation to impress the judges and highlight their skills.
MAXIMUM DURATION OF CHOREOGRAPHY
– 90 sec. (1,5 minute) for each choreography
3. Competition Structure
- First Round: The 24 groups will compete in pairs, performing their choreography to the chosen music. After each challenge between two groups, the jury will immediately decide which of the two will advance to the next round. At the end of this round, 12 groups will remain.
- Second Round: The 12 qualified groups will compete again in pairs, performing the same music with the possibility of making choreographic changes. The jury will immediately decide which group advances, reducing the number of groups to 6.
- Third Round: The 6 remaining groups will compete, again in pairs and to the same music, with the possibility of further adapting the choreography. At the end of this round, the jury will select the 3 finalist groups.
- Final Round – Improvisation: The 3 finalist groups will compete in an improvisation performance on music chosen by the jury, revealed shortly before the performance.
4. Evaluation
The jury will evaluate the performances based on:
• Technique and mastery of movement
• Originality and creativity in the adaptation of the choreography
• Synchronization and cohesion of the group
• Expressiveness and artistic interpretation
5. General Rules
• All performances must respect the indicated times.
• The order of the challenges will be established by drawing lots.
• Participants must be ready to perform at the time indicated by the competition management.
6. Awards
• The finalist groups will be awarded based on their overall performance and the quality of their improvisation.
7. Rules of Conduct
• Respectful behavior towards other groups, staff and the jury is required. Any act of indiscipline may lead to immediate disqualification.
8. Image Release
• By registering, participants authorize the organization to use photos and videos of the competition for promotional purposes.
9. Acceptance of the Regulations
• Registration implies full acceptance of these regulations.
Note: The management reserves the right to modify the regulations or the program, with timely communication to participants in case of changes.
PARTICIPATION FEES
The fee does NOT include the entrance ticket to the fair

EVENT CANCELLATION AND PARTICIPATION
The organizers may cancel or move the entire event if there are reasons of force majeure. Fees are not refundable, but can be used for the next event within 1 year of the original registration.
The organization reserves the right to make changes to this regulation for a better success of the event.
We are exempt from any printing errors.
It is strictly forbidden to make audio-video recordings during the competition.
