SHOWCASE REGISTRATION METHODS
To participate, it is necessary to:
- Send an email to ita@finidance.nyc to request registration and check the availability of time for performances;
- Pay fees via website → https://finidance.nyc/shop/prodotto/showcase-fini-dance-tour/
- Send the choreography details and tracks in mp3 format by February 20, 2026;
- Have and keep at the school’s premises the medical certificate for each registrant;
- Fill out the form for each choreography to be registered, indicating its members and their ages.
Showcase registration will be possible until time slots are fully booked. Registrations may close before the indicated deadline if time availability is exhausted.
Dancers must arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the showcase for check-in.
CATEGORIES
The Showcase is open to dancers who have turned 11 years old.
The following Dance Disciplines are admitted: Classical, Modern, Jazz, Contemporary, Street / Hip Hop, Funk, Heels
MAXIMUM CHOREOGRAPHY DURATION
– Solo 120 sec. (2 minutes)
– Duo 180 sec. (3 minutes)
– Group 210 sec. (3.5 minutes)
NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE TIME LIMIT ARE ALLOWED, under penalty of a 100€ fine per minute (for space rental).
If the duration of the sent file exceeds the indicated maximum time, the penalty will be applied.
MUSIC
Music for the showcase must be sent exclusively through the online form https://forms.gle/SCXDf1frHUndTunC6 in .MP3 or .MP4 format.
Each file must be renamed with SURNAME and NAME (OR SCHOOL, for groups) + CHOREOGRAPHY TITLE.
It must also be available and handed over on the day of the Showcase on a USB stick if requested.
SHOWCASE PARTICIPATION FEES – per person
SOLO: 50 CHF
DUO: 40 CHF
GROUP: 25 CHF

LESSON REGISTRATION METHODS

- Send the participant’s details through the form by February 20, 2026;
- Have and keep at the school’s premises the medical certificate for each registrant;
SCHEDULE
10:30 – 12:00 American Modern Dance Lesson FINI DANCE STYLE (ages 10 – 13)
12:00 – 13:30 American Modern Dance Lesson FINI DANCE STYLE (ages 14 – over)
LESSON PARTICIPATION FEES – per person

RECOGNITIONS
At the end of the event, the jury’s feedback from the Showcase and teachers’ comments from the Lessons will be compiled, and results will be sent to participants via the contact details provided during registration and published on the website finidance.nyc.
PHOTOGRAPHIC, VIDEO RECORDINGS AND PRIVACY CONSENT
Photographic and video material produced by Fini Production LLC and its collaborators will be the exclusive property of the organization. By registering for the activities and submitting the registration form, the participant (or parent, in case of minors) authorizes the organization to film, photograph, record the image, voice, conversation, and any other artistic or amateur performance rendered during the course or event. The organization will thus be the legitimate owner of all utilization rights and any other rights related to the produced material, with the faculty to use, reproduce, fix by any process, transmit or disseminate such recordings and photographs, in whole or in part, by any means and distribution system, including but not limited to creating video content for broadcast on televisions, websites, social media or other platforms. Such use is intended free of charge and no compensation will be due to participants, even in case of partial use, editing, adaptation or transmission of fragments in which they appear.
By adhering to this regulation, the participant authorizes the organizing office to freely use their image and collect their personal data pursuant to GDPR 2016/679. The requested personal data will be processed with or without the aid of IT tools, stored according to prescribed security standards, and used for the courses and related activities by the organization, to which you can refer for any request concerning your data. EVENT CANCELLATION AND PARTICIPATION
Organizers may cancel or postpone the entire event in case of force majeure. Fees are non-refundable but usable for the next event within 1 year from the original registration.
The organization reserves the right to make changes to this regulation for better event success.
Any printing errors are disclaimed.
Audio-video recordings during the Showcase are strictly prohibited.
