SHOWCASE REGISTRATION METHODS
To participate, it is necessary to:
- Send an email to ita@finidance.nyc to request registration and check the availability of time for performances;
- Pay fees via website → https://finidance.nyc/shop/prodotto/showcase-fini-dance-tour/
- Send the choreography details and tracks in mp3 format by November 10, 2026;
- Have and keep at the school’s premises the medical certificate for each registrant;
- Fill out the form for each choreography to be registered, indicating its members and their ages.
Showcase registration will be possible until time slots are fully booked. Registrations may close before the indicated deadline if time availability is exhausted.
Dancers must arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the showcase for check-in.
CATEGORIES
The Showcase is open to dancers who have turned 11 years old.
The following Dance Disciplines are admitted: Classical, Modern, Jazz, Contemporary, Street / Hip Hop, Funk, Heels
MAXIMUM CHOREOGRAPHY DURATION
The showcase will start at 4:30 PM
– Solo 120 sec. (2 minutes)
– Duo 180 sec. (3 minutes)
– Group 210 sec. (3.5 minutes)
NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE TIME LIMIT ARE ALLOWED, under penalty of a 100€ fine per minute (for space rental).
If the duration of the sent file exceeds the indicated maximum time, the penalty will be applied.
MUSIC
Music for the showcase must be sent exclusively through the online form in .MP3 or .MP4 format.
Each file must be renamed with SURNAME and NAME (OR SCHOOL, for groups) + CHOREOGRAPHY TITLE.
It must also be available and handed over on the day of the Showcase on a USB stick if requested.

SOLO: 50 CHF
DUO: 40 CHF
GROUP: 25 CHF

SCHEDULE
10:00 – 11:00 American Modern Dance Lesson FINI DANCE STYLE (ages 10 – 13)
11:00 – 12:30 American Modern Dance Lesson FINI DANCE STYLE (ages 14 – over)
CLASS PARTICIPATION FEES – per person
CHF 30 — ages 10–13
CHF 35 — ages 14 and up

RECOGNITIONS
At the end of the event, the jury’s feedback from the Showcase and teachers’ comments from the Lessons will be compiled, and results will be sent to participants via the contact details provided during registration and published on the website finidance.nyc.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND AUDIOVISUAL RECORDING AND AUTHORIZATION TO USE PARTICIPANTS’ IMAGES
During the classes and showcase, photographs and audiovisual recordings may be made by Fini Production LLC and the parties involved in production, capturing participants’ images, voices, any interviews and artistic performances.
The material may be used to document and promote FINI DANCE activities, as well as to produce, promote and distribute the TV show “Dance Inside”, through the channels and in accordance with the terms specified in the release.
Authorization for photography and audiovisual recording and for the subsequent use, publication and dissemination of participants’ images and voices is governed by the separate release, available at https://finidance.nyc/liberatoria-riprese/, which is subject to specific acceptance by the participant or, in the case of a minor, by the person exercising parental responsibility.
Participation in the activities does not guarantee that an individual participant will be photographed or recorded, or that they will appear in any content selected, edited, published or broadcast.
Information about the processing of personal data associated with the recordings and the use of the material is provided in the privacy notice attached to or referenced in the release.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA FOR REGISTRATION AND PARTICIPATION
Personal data provided in the registration form are processed by Fini Production LLC, as the data controller, to manage registration, participation in the classes and showcase, related organizational communications, and administrative and legal obligations.
Data are processed using paper-based and electronic systems, with appropriate security measures to protect personal data. Data are accessible to authorized persons and may be disclosed to service providers and other parties involved in managing the activities, to the extent necessary for them to perform their respective duties.
The processing of data necessary to manage registration and participation is separate from the authorization for recording and for the use and dissemination of participants’ images and voices described in the preceding section.

EVENT CANCELLATION AND PARTICIPATION
Organizers may cancel or postpone the entire event in case of force majeure. Fees are non-refundable but usable for the next event within 1 year from the original registration.
The organization reserves the right to make changes to this regulation for better event success.
Any printing errors are disclaimed.
Audio-video recordings during the Showcase are strictly prohibited.
