Here you will find the necessary information to participate in the FINI DANCE NEW YORK events for which you have obtained the scholarship.

The FINI DANCE Summer School has been ranked by the magazine Dance In Forma among the top 10 summer schools in the world!
The scholarship applies only to the classes and can be used both in Italy and in New York under certain conditions: you may attend in New York if you are 16 years old or 13 accompanied by an adult, family member, or teacher with written authorization.
The minimum age to participate in Italy is 10 years.
The scholarship for New York is also valid in Italy: if you are unable to travel to New York, you can use it to attend the courses in Italy.
The Stage is of a professional nature: it is an intensive program, 7–8 hours of study per day, with a lunch break.
All classes are mandatory.
At the end of the stage, the Certificate of Attendance International Summer School – Fini Dance New York 2026 will be issued.
Week 1: Ballet, Modern Graham, Lyrical, Choreography (July 6–11) *
Week 3: Ballet, Modern Parsons, Contemporary, Choreography (July 20–25) *
Each day includes a total of 7 hours of training. During the week, there will also be beach classes, performances in which the summer school students may take part, and plenty of fun.

N.B. The Artistic Direction reserves the right to modify the schedule if needed for technical or artistic reasons, in order to ensure the best outcome of the Event.

REGISTRATION
You have 15 days from receiving the email to confirm your attendance.
Note: Enrollment is completed exclusively by paying the first installment within the indicated deadline; by simply confirming, we will add you to the list and reserve a spot for you until availability runs out. Priority is therefore given to those who enroll by paying the first installment.
Only if there are still spots available beyond the number of enrollments will confirmations be considered in chronological order of communication.
Contact us if you need to extend the confirmation deadline to verify availability.
N.B. Registration is completed with the payment of the registration fee and the submission of the data.

To complete the registration, it is necessary to fill out the form below, you can also include the additional workshop if you plan to participate in both the Italy and New York events.
The scholarship applies only to lessons, it is 30% discount on tuition
The possibility of attending only one week of the internship, and the choice of which week, is subject to availability of places and to the implementation of the program by the Artistic Director of the Fini Dance Festival.
Please tell us if you intend to attend only one week so we can determine whether it’s possible and which week would be most suitable.
Travel, meals, and accommodation are the responsibility of each participant.
FEES
Participation fees are always per person and are as follows:
One week €750,00 → at 30% €525,00
Two weeks €1.460,00 → at 30% €1.000,00
Three weeks €1.970,00 → at 30% €1.380,00

Registration fees must be paid by bank transfer to the association A.S.D. Alto Jonio Dance for the discounted amount.
The initial deposit requested is €250, while the amount and date of payment of intermediate installments are at your discretion.
Remember that the balance must be paid by July 1.

After each payment, please kindly send us the payment receipt by email/WhatsApp.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
To take part in the workshop in Italy, it is mandatory to send to ASD Alto Jonio Dance a copy of the participant’s identity document and a medical certificate confirming fitness for sports activities.
For minors who do not yet have an identity document, providing the tax code is also acceptable.
Villapiana is a small town on the Ionian coast, ideal for a few days of relaxation also for the parents and friends accompanying the dancers of the Summer School.
It can be reached
by coach – destination Villapiana Lido or Sibari or Trebisacce;
by train – destination Sibari;
by plane – destination Lamezia Terme or Bari.
It is possible to independently book a paid shuttle service from Lamezia Terme airport to Sibari through external service →.
From Sibari to Villapiana and vice versa (or even from/to the airports) you can request a shuttle service directly from the affiliated agency, reachable at this number: 333 662 4494
N.B.: The service is neither automatic nor mandatory, but must be booked and confirmed, so please specifically request it if you need it.
HOW TO STAY IN VILLAPIANA
Off-site students and their companions are requested to stay in partner accommodations, booking through Fini Dance, to ensure better organization of the Summer Intensive.
All accommodations are a few minutes’ walk from the lesson venue.
In general, accommodation rates are as follows (subject to change, please refer to the housing department for the latest information):
In hotel – (cost per person per night), city tax not included (€1.00 per day).
Half board: double room €65, triple room €60, quadruple room €55 per night, including breakfast and dinner.
In apartment – shared rooms (cost per person):
1 week: €250 with fans, €300 with air conditioning
2 weeks: €330 with fans, €440 with air conditioning
3 weeks: €425 with fans, €525 with air conditioning
The agreements also apply to accompanying persons
LOGISTICS

Please note that WhatsApp groups are reserved exclusively for program participants; there are no “parents’ groups.” Parents interested in being added can request this by contacting the organization directly, which will gladly include the specified contacts.
USEFUL INFORMATION
No minor tutoring service is provided, as this is an intensive professional workshop.
MISSED PARTICIPATION
STAGE
In the event that a registered participant is unable to attend after confirming registration, the deposit paid for the stage fee will be held for the participant for one year: the amount can be used for the next event within one year from the event for which the payment was made.
ACCOMMODATION
The fee for apartment accommodations is non-refundable. For hotel stays, please refer to the hotel’s own policy.

From August 22nd to September 2nd – Manhattan, New York
PROGRAM
The festival in Manhattan takes place from August 22nd to September 2nd with a show and performance at the Alvin Ailey Citigroup Theater on August 30th.
A unique international experience in the heart of New York, with American Modern Dance classes and the opportunity to perform on the Alvin Ailey Citigroup Theater stage during the Fini International Dance Award →.
At the end of the program, you will receive the Certificate of Attendance International Summer School – Fini Dance New York 2026.
The Stage has a professional focus: the program is intensive, with 4 hours of study per day, generally in the morning. In addition to the classes, you will take part in training activities and rehearsals scheduled for the final performance at the Alvin Ailey Theater.
All FINI DANCE classes and training activities are mandatory. Participants who choose the flight & accommodation package will also have access to additional educational activities, participation optional.
The full program details will be published closer to the event, allowing participants to attend classes with the best instructors in their respective disciplines.

REGISTRATION
The deadline to confirm your attendance is March 26th, and in any case, registration is subject to availability of places.
Registration is valid only with the payment of the first installment by that date.
The simple confirmation guarantees inclusion on the list and reservation of the place until full capacity.
Priority, in chronological order, is given to those who make the first payment.
Any confirmations without payment will only be considered if places remain available.
Contact us if you need to extend the confirmation deadline to check if it is possible.

Sending paper copies of documents is not required. It is recommended to keep a copy of identity documents and passport as well as the medical certificate on your device.
For those who opt for the flight & accommodation package, specific documentation will be required, details of which you will find in the following points.
COSTS
The scholarship applies only to the lessons, it is 50%.
Travel, meals, and accommodation are the responsibility of each participant.

The Artistic Cultural Association International Federation for Cultures and Arts (I.C.F.A.) promotes Italian art and talent in the international dance and entertainment scene, and serves as the Italian intermediary for participants interested in joining the program organized by Fini Production LLC in collaboration with the travel agency TUQUITOUR.
To maintain these prices, especially regarding flight and accommodation rates, we need to receive confirmation of participation by March 26 through the payment of the first installment.
The balance must be paid by August 1.
After each payment, please kindly send us the proof via email/WhatsApp.
For those opting for the flight & accommodation package, specific documentation will be requested, details of which will be provided in the following points.

A support service for attending lessons is provided in the first few days to facilitate integration, but participants remain independent and responsible for their own experience in NYC.
No minor tutoring service is provided, as this is an intensive professional workshop.

TUQUI TOUR AGENCY
The travel agency TUQUI TOUR will handle the issuance of ESTA and tickets and insurance. We advise you to start the passport application immediately and ask for our advice if time is short. We also remind you that the ESTA is valid for 2 years from issuance or until the passport expires; please let us know if you already have one.
Our contact will assist you with filling in the ESTA request form, if necessary, and answer your questions regarding flights and insurance.
Please contact him after completing your registration, for managing flight-related procedures and services.
You will need to send him the ESTA request form and scanned copies of the first pages of your passport. We recommend filling out the form once the passport has been received. A selfie must also be attached, as required by the latest US legislation.
Here are the guidelines:
Ensure that the selfie is not a copy of the photo on the passport. If you send the same photo, the application will be canceled.
For accurate results, capture the entire face, showing only head and shoulders
Use a color photo on a plain background
No sunglasses, hats, or masks allowed
No filters or significant edits.
Given the visa issuance rules, we also recommend making your Instagram profile public.

Once the flight and accommodation are booked and the spot is secured, it will not be possible to cancel the reservations; therefore, if you are unfortunately unable to travel, you will still be charged the costs. Each participant must pay the full amount for the services they booked and for which the Organization has already made the reservations (i.e., the costs for flight, hotel, associated expenses, and ancillary services).
In case of cancellation by the client, the penalty applied will be 100% of the cost of the services. If the reason for cancellation falls within the insurance-covered conditions, a claim will be opened to refund the penalty only for the flight and hotel portion managed by the travel agency Tuquitour, net of the deductible, as indicated in the insurance information set.
STAGE
It is instead possible to hold the amount paid for the Masterclass fee only for the next event, usable within one year.
LOCATION
Lessons will be held between the City Center Studio, 130 West 56th Street, and other locations as indicated by the organization from time to time.
